Sarah Fox (Sorcha Nic an tSionnaigh) hails from South Kilkenny, Ireland.

With a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Science, a diploma in Clinical Herbal Medicine, and a wealth of yoga and movement qualifications,

Sarah has dedicated her life to teaching and guiding others. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern practice, combining herbal medicine, mindfulness, shamanic practices, animism, and movement into transformative learning experiences.

Sarah is the founder of Oak & Willow, a yoga and spirituality school that beautifully merges the deep wisdom of India with Ireland’s rich cultural heritage and spirituality. Her teachings nurture mind, body, spirit, and soul, drawing on these ancient traditions to inspire personal transformation.

Ordained as a Priestess of the Sacred Land and Spiritual Celebrant by the Coire Sois School of Irish Spirituality, Sarah is a threshold keeper and medial woman. She guides people into liminal spaces, between the seen and unseen, known and unknown, helping them foster relationships with trees, animals, rivers, and elemental forces, transforming these connections into lifelong allies.

An advocate for personal and vocational growth, Sarah offers Shamanic EFT Tapping, as taught but her by Baya Salmon-Hawk, and teaches the Three Cauldrons of Wisdom from the Irish tradition to help others align with their life’s purpose. Her approach empowers students to embrace the restorative power of nature, unlock their potential, and carry forward the sacred teachings of the land.

Sarah’s passion lies in helping others reconnect to the ancient rhythms of the earth and themselves, offering education that is deeply rooted in tradition, connection, and transformation.

BAYA SALMON-HAWK trained as a Psychotherapist at the Institute for Arts and Education in London. She was also trained in Celtic Shamanic Practices by renowned writer and Celtic Shamanic Teacher Caitlin Matthews.

She started to train in EFT Tapping and Energy Psychology in 2001 and has completed trainings with the ACEP, the AMT, the AMET and has worked with most of the outstanding names in Energy Psychology.

She worked for the NHS in the field of Mental Health, ran the In-patients Therapy Program at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage and taught Mental Health Skills to nurses and social workers at the University of Hertfordshire.

She left the NHS to set up in private practice in Energy Psychology and EFT Tapping. She now specializes in the treatment of eating difficulties, trauma and anxiety disorders using her very own mixture of EFT Tapping and Shamanic Healing.

She has been teaching this method for the past three years as well as offering supervision to her students.
